All GTN 2.0 online resources and onsite services have been created to help every operation to take a successful step-by-step journey to sustainability. However, we also know that journey can get bumpy.

Our refund policy.

The Green Table Network and its authorized partners pledge to provide the utmost in client service and support. Should you deem our service to be unsatisfactory and wish to cancel, here are our terms:

  • GTN Guidebook subscriptions cancelled within 90 days of activation will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 90 days will refunded at 50%.
  • Cancellation within 90 days of unscheduled onsite verification and other GTN support services purchased in combination with Guidebook subscriptions will be eligible for a full refund. Scheduled onsite work and cancellations after 90 days will be refunded at 50%.
  • All members will receive 60 days notification of annual membership renewals and related service agreements.  These renewals and agreements may be cancelled within 30 days of due date without penalty. Cancellations within 30 days of renewal will require a 25% service fee.
